Ingredients: This dessert is inspired by Mont Blanc, the snow-capped peak of Europe. In Italy, it's called Monte Bianco. We made it on an almond sabre with yuzu cream, crispy meringue and chestnut cream, and decorated it in the shape of the Italian flag - as a tribute to its culinary traditions.
